If you're not satisfied with AdSaloon Pro within 7 days of your first payment, contact us and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email support@adsaloon.com with the email address on your AdSaloon account. We aim to process refund requests within a few business days.

After the 7-day window

Once the 7-day window has passed, payments for that billing period are non-refundable. You can still cancel anytime to stop future charges — see the "Cancel anytime" section of our Terms of Service.

Cancellations

Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but doesn't automatically refund the current period — you'll keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method through our payment partner, who handles all billing for AdSaloon. AdSaloon does not directly collect or store your card details.
